It made a pacifist out of me. I hope she decide to share it again.
My other favorites are Rumi, ” There is nothing in Hell, each person takes his own misery there with him”; and Richard Bach, ” Why Johnathan? Why you aren’t like other Sea Gulls”

My favorite author I want to give a shout-out to is Amor Towles. I have enjoyed reading Amor Towles’ books, A Gentleman in Moscow and Rules of Civility. Towles uses beautiful descriptive language, and he dazzles the reader with vivid and specific imagery that brings incredible depth and credibility to his stories. Towles paints stunning pictures of his characters and scenes that I connect and fall in love with all of his characters, and I’m saddened when the story ends. Happy Author’s Day!

My absolute favorite is Flannery O’Connor. I like her use of the grotesque . For a long time I misunderstood what that meant – once I discovered the true meaning and how she used it, I was hooked.
