My go to moves are plank, tiger crouch (think plank with bent elbows while pull each knee to outer arm), bicycles, leg lifts, leg roll outs on exercise ball while holding a bridge. I am not familiar with some of the ones you named, but I did get get a e-book with yoga inspired core work I can share with you if you’re interested.]]></description>
